Markus Rees

Managing Director

Markus Rees, graduate engineer, born in 1966, studied Aviation and Space Technology at the University of Stuttgart, where he graduated in 1993. Rees started at AEROVIDE in 1994 and worked on load simulation and tower design. From 2000, Rees was the head of various development projects and became a partner in AEROVIDE in 2006. Since then Rees, as a member of management, has been responsible for marketing and business development, licensed products and quality management.


Rainer Osthorst

Managing Director

Rainer Osthorst, graduate engineer, born in 1966, studied Mechanical Engineering at the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences and graduated also in business administration. He started at AEROVIDE in 1991 and worked on FEM analysis, component analysis and rotor blade development. In 2006, Osthorst became a partner in AEROVIDE and since then has been responsible for finances and accounting, and controlling as well as organization and work scheduling.


Tobias Wessel

Technical Director / Authorized Officer

Tobias Wessel, graduate engineer (FH), born in 1980, studied mechatronics at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, where he graduated in 2005. He started at AEROVIDE in 2005 as mechanical design engineer and project manager and became head of the mechanical design department in 2017. In 2021 he joined the management team as technical director and authorized officer. He is responsible for the mechanical design activities of AEROVIDE and the company's multi project management and project controlling.


Bjoern Didwischus

Technical Director / Authorized Officer

Bjoern Didwischus, graduate engineer, born in 1981, studied electrical engineering at the University of Kiel graduating in 2008. He joined AEROVIDE the same year as electrical engineer focusing on generator and converter system as well as control system hard- and software. From 2010 - 2016 he worked for AEROVIDE in Shanghai continuing with project management after returning. He became head of electrical and control systems in 2017 and later responsible for the load calculations and blade design team as well before becoming part of the management as technical director and authorized officer in 2021.
