aeroMaster in der Onshore-Anwendung
Unsere bewährte und flexible Onshore-Windenergieanlageplattform passt sich individuell allen Anforderungen des internationalen Marktes und der Serienproduktionen vor Ort an.
Die aeroMaster Onshore-Anlagen sind in verschiedenen Größen verfügbar, decken Leistungen von 1,5, 2,5, 3 , 4 und 4,5 MW mit verschiedenen Rotordurchmesser ab, bieten Türme unterschiedlichster Nabenhöhen, um den optimalen Energieertrag an jedem Standort zu erwirtschaften. Verschiedene Varianten des aeroMasters für normale, heiße und kalte Klimazonen in Verbindung mit unseren ausgefeilten Sandsturmschutz-Eigenschaften garantieren einen zuverlässigen Betrieb in allen Klimazonen weltweit. Durch die wahlweise Ausführung mit drei alternativen Generatorsystemen (DFIG, PMSG, SCIG) ist die Anlage allen Herausforderungen des Marktes gewachsen.
Der Triebstrang des aeroMaster basiert auf einer spielfreien doppelten Wellenlagerung in einem einteiligen Lagergehäuse. Zusammen mit den hydraulischen Getriebelagern schützt diese Triebstranglagerung das Getriebe vor hohen Lasten und erhöht so die Zuverlässigkeit des Getriebes und anderer Triebstrangkomponenten.
Die aeroMaster Lizenzen bieten unseren Kunden eine Technologie, die an alle Anforderungen des Marktes angepasst und verlässlich unter den unterschiedlichsten Umweltbedingungen betrieben werden kann.
